Large amounts of unlicensed medications have actually been taken by Department of Health authorities throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.

A man was interviewed by department officers about illegally importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications via the web.

The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medication offences.

He will now be the subject of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.

The search was performed by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
